You forgot your pattern
On the pattern screen, tap Forgot your pattern and type your 9 recovery words. They open the vault on the same phone. We can't reset a pattern: we never see it.
A pattern opened an empty vault
You drew a pattern Vaulteo hasn't seen, so it opened a new vault. Close it and draw your usual pattern again.
AI filed a paper in the wrong folder
Open the paper, tap the three dots and move it. Your folders follow your choice next time.
AI says it's still getting ready
On iPhone, Apple Intelligence downloads its model after you turn it on in Settings. Keep your phone on Wi-Fi and charging, or download the open model in Vaulteo's settings and use it right away. On Android, Gemini Nano ships with some phones; on the others, download the open model in Vaulteo's settings.
The open model download waits
Models download on Wi-Fi unless you allow cellular in Vaulteo's settings. Connect to Wi-Fi and the download picks up by itself.
You moved photos but still see them
Your photo app keeps deleted photos for 30 days. On iPhone, open Photos, Utilities, Recently Deleted. On Android, open your photo app's trash or bin. Delete them there.
Delete your papers
Open the vault, tap Settings, then Delete this vault. We keep no copy anywhere else.
