Privacy
Your papers and photos stay on your phone.
You need no account. We run no ads, no analytics and no tracking in the app. We collect no personal data, and we never see your papers, your photos, your patterns or your recovery words. Updated 3 November 2026.
Keep everything on your phone
You keep your scanned papers, their text, your photos, your videos, your folders, your to-dos and your chats with AI in vaults sealed with AES-256-GCM on your phone. Your pattern makes the key, and the key never leaves your phone. No iCloud, Google Drive or computer backup carries your vaults. Delete the app, or tap Delete this vault in a vault's settings, and they're gone for good.
Let AI read on your phone
- On iPhone, Apple Intelligence reads your papers on the device.
- On Android, Gemini Nano reads them on the device where your phone ships it.
- On either phone, an open model you choose to download reads your papers offline, through MLX on iPhone and LiteRT-LM on Android. The app downloads its files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) only when you tap to download it, on Wi-Fi unless you allow cellular in Settings. That download sends no paper and no personal data.
- Vaulteo never sends a paper, a photo or a question to Apple's Private Cloud Compute or to any other server.
Use your photo library and the camera on your terms
When you let Vaulteo see your photo library, AI checks your latest photos on your phone for IDs, cards and seed phrases, with Apple's Vision framework on iPhone and ML Kit on Android, both on the device. You pick what moves into your vault, and your phone asks you before any original leaves your library. The camera opens only when you tap Scan or the private camera, and its photos go straight into your vault.
Pay through the App Store or Google Play
The App Store and Google Play take every payment. RevenueCat, our purchase service, keeps your plan and your purchase history under a random ID that names nobody, so Pro works and comes back when you restore it. RevenueCat never receives a paper, a photo or a question.
Get reminders that keep quiet
Your deadline reminders live on your phone and never pass through a server. Your lock screen shows only that something is due, never a paper.
Visit this website without being tracked
This website sets no tracking cookies, and its free tools run in your browser and send nothing to a server. If you join the waitlist, our form service on Cloudflare stores your email, the phone you picked, the page you signed up on and the country your request came from, so we can email you on launch day. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're human. Unsubscribe in one tap from that email, or write to us and we delete your address.
