Scan a paper and Vaulteo's AI reads it before you've put it down: who sent it, what kind of paper it is, how much you owe, when it's due, and what you need to do. Then it files the paper into the right folder.
Let AI do the filing
For every paper you scan or import, the AI fills in:
- Kind: bill, receipt, lease, ID, letter, insurance, tax form, and more.
- Sender: the company or person behind it.
- Amount due and due date, when there is one. Receipts never get an amount due.
- To-dos: "send the signed copy back", "call before the 30th".
Import a whole folder from Files, up to 300 papers at a time, and the AI files each one as it reads it. Move a paper and Vaulteo learns: the next letter from that sender lands in the same folder.
Ask in plain words
Open Ask and type the way you'd ask a friend:
- "When does my lease end?"
- "How much did I spend at the vet this year?"
- "Which papers need me this month?"
- "Find the photo of my insurance card."
The answer names the paper it came from, so you can open it and check. Ask about photos too: Vaulteo reads the words in your sealed photos and sorts them into albums like IDs, cards, papers and tickets.
See which model your iPhone runs
| Your iPhone | Model | What it got right on our 6 sample papers |
|---|---|---|
| Runs Apple Intelligence | Apple's on-device model | Ships with iOS, nothing to download |
| 8 GB of memory | Qwen 3.5 4B | 18 of 18 facts |
| 6 GB of memory | Granite 4.2 3B | 17 of 18 facts |
| Older | Word rules, no AI | Files by sender and keywords |
We tested each model on the same six papers: bills, a lease, a receipt and letters, three facts each. Qwen 3.5 4B took about 19 seconds a paper on an iPhone 16 Pro.
Check the privacy yourself
Turn on airplane mode. Open a vault. Ask a question. You get your answer, because nothing in that loop needs the internet.
The AI reads papers only while the vault is open and the key sits in memory. Lock the vault and the model has nothing it can read.
Know where AI stops
Small models make mistakes. Vaulteo checks every date the AI quotes against the paper itself, and every answer links to its source. Before you pay a bill or sign anything, open the paper and read the number with your own eyes.
